This orientation will teach you how to use CityWheels. You'll learn how to reserve a car, how to contact us while you're out driving, and what your responsibilities are as a member.

At the bottom of each page is a question. Respond correctly and you'll move to the next slide. Answer incorrectly, and you'll be provided with information reinforcing the correct answer so you can move on. There’s a short form at the very end – click “Submit Form” and we’ll be notified that you have completed the orientation so we can begin processing your application.
